NAME
rand - print one of the arguments chosen at random
SYNTAX
rand [ARG]...
DESCRIPTION
Prints one of the command-line arguments, chosen at random.
EXAMPLE
Roll a dice:
-
rand `ap 1 6`
Flip a lot of coins:
-
while :; do echo `rand heads tails`; done
Surprise me with a bad colour for the window:
-
xterm -bg `rand red green blue`
